ARP Digital partner Yusuf Fakhro spoke to CoinDesk on 8 September about positioning on options desks as markets weighed the prospect of a Federal Reserve rate rise.
Fakhro observed that the persistent fear which had characterised the bear phase had drained out of options desks, and noted that long-term holders turned net buyers in late August for the first time during the move.
